We’re moving to Athens!

We’ve been talking about it for quite a while, and this Sunday marks the start date for our gatherings to meet at 10:30 AM in downtown Athens. Here’s why we’re excited:

We’re excited to serve our families by worshipping in the morning again. We’re excited to be close to the UGA campus to serve our college students well. And simply put, we’re just excited to have a reason to gather in the first place. We love getting together as a family to make much of Jesus. We’ve put this around a lot of places, but in case you’ve missed it, this our dream:

Downtown Athens. The University of Georgia. Surrounding Communities.
Connected by geography. Separated by very real cultural division.
There is beauty. There is brokenness.
We want to help the people living in each of these places become family and follow Jesus.

The video posted above is a 2-minute video of Pastor Matt Adair sharing our vision for moving to the 130 Foundry Building.

See you this Sunday, August 7th, at 10:30 AM in the 130 Foundry Building! Directions/a map can be found on our website (click the picture) - www.missionathens.com
