What Is Porterbrook?

You should consider being part of Porterbrook Southeast this fall. Porterbrook Southeast is an international network that provides theological training for people like you who want to become more like Jesus,  to grow in your ability to approach the Scriptures with clarity and wisdom, to understand what the local church should be about, and to see the world through God's eyes. Developed by Tim Chester and Steve Timmis (authors of the phenomenal book, Total Church) and endorsed by leaders like Tim Keller, Porterbrook provides graduate-level training at a fraction of the cost.

Porterbrook is for anyone - but it might not be for everyone. The material is accessible and interesting. So if you are willing to invest a few hours a week and learn with a handful of other people, I want you to sign up for the next Porterbrook Intro Day on August 28th (http://pbseintroday2010.eventbrite.com/).

When you register, you'll find three options:

  • Register for all 12 modules for the 2010-2011 academic year.
  • Register for the 4 modules for the 2010 fall quarter.
  • Register for one of the 4 modules for the 2010 fall quarter.

If you'd like more information about Porterbrook, including an overview of the curriculum, shoot an email to madair@missionathens.com and let me know how I can help you.
